Clarke 10 inch Table Saw ( built into huge bench ) plus various power tools ?

Clearing out my (private) woodwork shop . The main feature is a huge purpose built bench. I have built into it a Clarke 10" table saw, which has had very little use. I will include a "sled" (see pictures) - fantastic for perfectly square repeat cuts. The bench measures approx 2.3M x 1.5M, but this can be reduced to any size you wish. It also has a built-in cyclonic dust extraction system. It has 2 x 4 way power sockets, along with a Record carpenters vice built into the top. Very sturdily built, but the whole thing can be dismantled in about an hour and will fit comfortably into a Transit sized van ! Also selling various power tools, most of which have hardly been used. Can be seen working in Forest Hill until Friday. Too many power tools to show pictures for all items being sold, but I can E mail pictures of individual items if requested.
