Metal Box to hold Turner Inflation Adaptor, with Hinged Lid and Instructions .

This is a sturdy metal box that was originally made to hold a Turner Inflation Adaptor. The adaptor is not present. The box is in good condition generally with some paint missing from the outside of the lid. The hinge is good and the lid fits properly and fixes down. The body is sturdy and the metal itself quite heavy and a thick gauge. There are interior fixings to hold the original contents. These are still good and will do the same job today. Altogether a charming piece that harks back to a different time. Details for the manufacturer can be found at this address: http://www.localhistory.scit.wlv.ac.uk/Museum/Engineering/Turner/Products.htm Will post if required.
